Meet our team

Jarrod F. Howard

Attorney

Jarrod founded Howard Law Group in 2009.  He focuses his practice on real estate and business law. Jarrod represents individuals, businesses, and investors in a variety of matters and settings including complex transaction drafting, litigation, evictions, arbitration, mediation, administrative matters, and board hearings. He also represents clients in estate planning, and probate administration.

Born in the mid-Willamette Valley, Jarrod’s roots go back to the early days of Oregon’s statehood. After graduating from law school, he and his wife made the decision to remain in Oregon.

Prior to entering law school, Jarrod worked in real estate and forestry.

Cassie Hutton

Attorney

After finishing her studies at Willamette University College of Law, Cassie made the decision to stay and practice law in the Mid-Willamette Valley.

Cassie is a versatile lawyer, but her practice is primarily focused on estate planning, estate administration, and probate.

Cassie enjoys assisting her clients in their estate planning to ensure that their individual and unique concerns and needs are met, as well as guiding clients through the probate and trust administration processes after the loss of a loved one.
